MEV.  WiP 4. MEV.  WiP 3.
The MEV models sprayed metallic blue, the larger red stripes have been sprayed on, the undercarriage has just glued in place using Two Part Epoxy resin and is being left to harden.

Next job is to add the black pin-stripes and add all of the panel lines using a 'Fineline' pen.

Both MEV models with all the sub-assemblies fully built and primed, awaiting spraying.

Next job is to try to mix up a colour that is as near as possible for the metallic blue used on the Zero X model, the undercarriage and undercarriage bay doors are ready to be sprayed black.

 
MEV, (Martain Exploration Vehicle).  WiP 2. MEV, (Martain Exploration Vehicle) and 28mm Lord of the Rings models.
The left hand MEV model is the Zero X Thunderbirds are Go version. 

The right hand MEV model is the Captain Scarlet pilot version.   

The main body sections are complete and are ready for painting.  All the other undercarriage and tracked section parts are cleaned up and ready to be assembled.

Two UNCL MEV models in progress, the primer is drying and are ready for final gap & fine surface filling, the bits in the bags are awaiting attention and need cleaning and preparing. 

In front of the MEVs are some 28mm scale Lord of the Rings miniatures, three Warg Riders, eight Orcs and six Wargs.  These models are being prepared for the Lord of the Rings Grand Tournament in Nottingham in April.


28mm scale Lord of the Rings and 40K models.  Haradrim, High Elven 'Elnaith' Cavalry conversions, 1/5th Zena Warrior Princess.

 

The pictures show..... Haradrim, Space Marine models, and other assorted LOTR models part painted.  The 1/5th Zena part undercoated.  The ten converted cavalry models which have been partly painted.

1/16th scale hollow resin 'Caverite Sphere' from H G Well's 'First men in the Moon'.  The models of the sphere is based on the 1960s movie.

The two pictures show the assembled model sphere.  All areas have been filled and the model primed with Grey Acrylic Auto primer, and is ready for the final painting stage.


1/48th scale resin Base Koala Hovercraft from Captain Scarlet.

The first picture shows the models component parts, laid out ready for the parts to be cleaned and prepared ready for filling and assembly. The second picture shows the fully assembled model which has been primed with Grey auto Primer.

1/48th scale Angel Interceptor from Captain Scarlet.  

Picture 1 show's the Angel Interceptor assembled and primed.  Picture 2 show's the Cockpit interior with scratch built instrument panel and other added details, the finished Angel pilot figure ready for the canopy to be fitted. 


Space Station from 2001.

Picture show's the parts for the 2001 Space Station laid out ready to be cleaned and assembled.

1/1 scale SV 7 Mask from Dr Who the epidode' The Robots of Death'. 

Pictures show the 1/1 Fibre Glass SV 7 mask from The Robots of Death, sprayed with silver as an  undercoat, and masked ready for the final coat of metallic green by airbrush.  


Space 1999 1/100th scale Type 1 & Type 2 Lunar Tanks. 

Pictures show the Space 1999 Type 1 & 2 lunar tanks sub assembled and primed, ready for final finishing. 

 

1/350th scale Eagle Transporter conversion, 1/8th scale Alien and Predator figures, Latex Dr Who Teraleptil mask.

Pictures 1 and 2 show the miniature Eagle part converted, and fully built, ready for painting.  Picture 3 show's the built and primed 1/8th Alien & Predator vinyl figures ready for finishing.  Picture 4 show's the 1/1 scale Teraleptil mask ready for painting.


A few projects on the go.

Pictures 1, 2 & 3 show the two Space 1999 Ultra Probe Command Module in various stages of completion, Picture 1 also has the part built 1/350th Moon Base Alpha Launch Platform.  Picture 4 show's the nearly complete Alpha Launch Platform.  Picture 5 features three finished Space 1999 spacecraft.  Picture 6 show's the nearly finished Invasion of the Cybermen miniature.
