These 1/16th scale vinyl figures were originally released as part of a range of action figures based on characters from the Austin Powers movies.  

The Simpsons.

Bart Simpson as Hannibal Lecter.   Homer Simpson as an Imperial  Stormtrooper.   Mr Burns as Emperor Palpatine. 

The figures are cast in resin and are approx 4" tall.
