Workbench, Part Painted Miniatures and Backlog.

My workbench showing some of the LOTR miniatures painting backlog.

A few pictures showing part painted models.  The faces, hands and hair are painted on each model, the models are currently awaiting further attention.

1... There are 53 part painted Armoured Wood Elves, including Haldir, two Elf Battle Standards and The Moria Goblin king Durburz.  The Uruk-Hai Siege Ballista had just been strung.

2... 48 Armoured Wood Elves have had a little more painting work done to them.  Haldir, the two Elf Battle Standards, the Bowman and Swordsman have their paintwork a little further advanced.  They are now joined by Frodo, TTT Aragorn, Boromir, Legolas and Saruman which have a coat of grey primer.  The Gandalf is assembled awaiting priming.

3... 24 Armoured Wood Elf swordsmen have had more painting work done to them.  The 24  bowmen are about finished .  Haldir, the two Elf Battle Standards, a Bowman and a Swordsman are now completely finished.  Frodo, TTT Aragorn, Boromir, Legolas, Gandalf and Saruman have had their faces and hair finished.

4... Two undercoated Black Riders, and two undercoated Warg Riders, these 4 miniatures have been undercoated for several weeks now awaiting attention.

5... My 10 High Elven 'Elnaith' Cavalry conversions part painted.  Behind the Elf cavalry models are some more Second Age Gondorian and Uruk-Hai bowmen models which have been undercoated and awaiting final finishing.
